I have been forced to moved because the owner of my home I have been renting has decided to sell it. Now I must go through this all again. I found the coolest condo. It is on the second story and it over looks the bay on one side and a golf course on the other. It has a large living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. I have been wanting a 3 bedroom so I can have a computer room and a guest room. It even has a new refridgerator and stove.

I admit I do not care for the area much. It is near the water so all the major businesses are closer to town. Where I am now I have everything within 5 minutes of my house. But it will be a 15 minute drive from there. lol I just reread this and I am whining about 15 minutes when in places like Houston in takes 45 minutes to get anywhere. Poor me lol.

Well, the lady showing me the condo from the relator company, told me that because I am already renting with their company, I will not have to repay another deposit. She said the deposit from my current home will be transfered over. That means I will almost be able to afford this move so I took the condo. I told her I will stay there 1 year and then we will find me something to buy. So I will not have to rent anymore and be put at the mercy of the owners.

Packing is so frustrating….. If anyone has any tips on how to keep this organized please help…. I have 3 weeks. Yes, I am hiring movers. I’m crazy…. Not stupid Take care and be safe. kisses
